I don't know if it is true or not but I've always believed that it says in the Bible "Be knot afraid" or similar words 365 times. One for everyday of the year!! Here is just one of them - taken from The Message by Eugene Peterson:

When You're Between a Rock and a Hard Place
1-4 But now, God's Message, the God who made you in the first place, Jacob,
the One who got you started, Israel:
"Don't be afraid, I've redeemed you.
I've called your name. You're mine.
When you're in over your head, I'll be there with you.
When you're in rough waters, you will not go down.
When you're between a rock and a hard place,
it won't be a dead end—

In my personal spiritual journey with the Lord - I am really just finding my way back to Him. Just like the prodigal daughter or the sheep the strayed I lost my bearings and wandered off in my own direction. It wasn't until I hit a crisis point that I realised how far I had roamed!
God is a loving father and though I didn't feel worthy He accepted me back into His family. I've began to attend Church again (Crediton Methodist).
God moves in mysterious ways and uses some interesting illustrations to get through to me and to teach me his truths! I have recently taken up a new hobby of knotting paracord and really enjoy it! (There is always a sense of achievement when you make something creative)! The name of my new enterprise came through thinking and meditating on His word, "Be Knot Afrayed!" The Lord has also given me a series of what I call "Paracord Parables" which I shall write over the coming days and weeks!
I praise the Lord that I no longer have a spirit of fear!
